During the engineering phase of the MIDOR (Middle East Oil Refinery) Expansion Project, EPROM represented the Owner by providing expert personnel who worked closely with Technip in Italy. EPROM actively participated in key engineering workshops, including 3D model reviews, HAZOP, SIL studies, and online Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for the refinery’s Control Systems. This strategic collaboration set the stage for continued partnership, as EPROM is currently working closely with Technip on the ANOPC Project, contributing commissioning and start-up expertise for advanced refining units.
EPROM and T.EN signed an MOU in 2024 for the cooperation in the field of Operation and maintenance of Oil, Petrochemical and Gas plants as well as the Energy Managements Projects. The MOU aims to maximize the benefit from EPROM extensive experience in the operation and maintenance to be utilized in the international Projects.

EPROM had a long-term collaboration with UOP through supplying its expertise to work as UOP technical advisors. EPROM expertise represented UOP in different projects around the globe such as United States, Russia, China, South Korea, India, Thailand, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab of Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Chili, and Kazakhstan.
The main Scope of work is to provide the technical support as UOP licensors in the commissioning and Startup phase for the Hydrocracking and Continuous Catalyst Regeneration Units.
EPROM also collaborates strongly within Egypt, where it has successfully commissioned and now operates several UOP-licensed units. This local collaboration highlights EPROM’s trusted role in supporting advanced refining technologies across major Egyptian facilities.

EPROM has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IFPT, a subsidiary of the international IFP Group, aimed at advancing technical capabilities and aligning skill development with global standards.
This agreement builds on the notable success of EPROM engineers in IFPT’s training program, where 12 out of 14 participants across the country earned official certification as accredited trainers.
Through this collaboration, both parties seek to deepen their partnership by designing specialized training modules, improving technical performance, and sharing expertise.
The agreement also supports EPROM’s upcoming projects and opens the door for contributing its technical know-how to IFPT’s global initiatives.

EPROM signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Micro Engineering Egypt (MEEG) – a local spin-off of the Canadian company Micro Engineering Tech Inc. (METI) – during EGYPS 2025.
MEEG, backed by its Canadian parent, specializes in electronic data transfer, 3D modeling, digital twin development, and IoT-integrated solutions.
This strategic partnership aims to deliver a broad array of advanced services, including consulting for industrial sectors, modern digital data migration techniques, precision 3D modeling, digital twin systems for real-time performance monitoring, IoT frameworks to enhance industrial connectivity, technical workforce training, and data-driven analytical reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

EPROM has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with a leading Norwegian company specializing in renewable energy and carbon reduction technologies.
The agreement sets a framework for cooperation in measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, applying the latest decarbonization and energy efficiency solutions.
This collaboration supports EPROM’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy practices across the oil, gas, and wider energy sectors in Egypt and Africa.

EPROM and BG-1 signed an MOU in 2024 for the cooperation in the field of Operation and maintenance of Oil, Petrochemical and Gas plants in Kuwait.
BG-1 Commercial Establishment is one of the leading Oil and Gas sponsors in Kuwait.
The MOU aims to benefit from EPROM extensive experience to be locate opportunities in Kuwait Oil and Gas Market.

During the engineering phase of the ERC (Egyptian Refining Company) Project, EPROM represented the Owner through supplying its expertise who worked closely with Worley Parsons in South Korea.
The Main Scope of work is to participate in all workshops conducted in South Korea for reviewing the Project 3D Modeling, HAZOP and SIL Studies as well as FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for the refinery Control Systems and Electrical Systems.
EPROM is now working alongside Worley in the ANOPC project, where it provides commissioning and start-up expertise for advanced process units, continuing its role as a trusted partner in major refining developments across Egypt.

EPROM had a long term collaboration with TR through supplying its expertise to work as TR technical Inspectors.
EPROM expertise represented TR in different countries like Spain, Russia, Turkey, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Main Scope of work is to provide the inspection activities as TR representatives in several projects.

EPROM’s collaboration with GS&C began with the ELAB (Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene) Project in Alexandria, where both parties worked together on the commissioning and operation of several units, including the Molex, Pacol, PEP, and Detal units.
This successful partnership laid the foundation for further cooperation on the ERC (Egyptian Refining Company) Project, where EPROM represented the Owner during the engineering phase.
In South Korea, EPROM worked closely with GS&C by participating in key workshops covering 3D model reviews, HAZOP, SIL studies, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for both Control Systems and Electrical Systems.
