Ensuring consistent product quality to meet customer specifications is paramount. To achieve this, we target high plant uptime, reduction in production costs, and high product quality rating. Implementing a robust maintenance program, conducting regular performance evaluations, and utilizing advanced process control systems are key strategies.

Maintenance

Focuses on optimizing asset performance through predictive maintenance strategies to extend asset life. Reducing maintenance costs by optimizing resources and improving efficiency is crucial. Ensuring safety and reliability involves minimizing equipment failures and maintaining a safe working environment. To achieve this, we aim to reduce maintenance costs, increase mean time between failures, and maintain safety incident rate of zero. Our strategies include developing a comprehensive maintenance plan, implementing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and providing regular maintenance training to employees.

Commissioning 

Aِِims to achieve on-time and on-budget project completion while ensuring plant readiness through equipment and system verification. Optimizing plant performance to achieve optimal operating conditions is crucial. To achieve this, we target high commissioning completion rate, reduction in commissioning costs, and plant startup within planned production rates. Our strategies include developing a detailed commissioning plan, conducting pre-commissioning checks and inspections, and implementing a commissioning checklist.

Training

Aims to develop a skilled workforce by providing employees with the necessary skills to enhance operational performance and facilitate career advancement. To achieve this, we plan to train our employees on new technologies, reduce on-the-job accidents through improved training, and increase employee satisfaction with training programs. Our strategies include conducting a comprehensive training needs assessment, implementing a structured training curriculum, offering various training delivery methods, and evaluating training effectiveness through performance metrics.

Energy Management

Focuses on reducing energy consumption by identifying and implementing energy saving measures while optimizing energy efficiency through improved equipment performance. Controlling energy expenses and reducing financial impact is crucial. To achieve this, we aim to reduce energy consumption, achieve a payback period of two years on energy efficiency projects, and implement energy management systems in all facilities. Our strategies include conducting energy audits to identify improvement opportunities, setting energy performance targets, and providing employees with energy efficiency training.

Project Management

Aims to deliver projects on time and within budget by meeting project deadlines and financial targets. Managing project risks through identification and mitigation is crucial. Ensuring project quality by meeting customer requirements and specifications is paramount. To achieve this, we target high project completion rates, reduction in project overruns, and high customer satisfaction rating. Our strategies include implementing a project management methodology, conducting regular project reviews and status reports, and establishing a project change control process.

Assets Integrity

Focuses on preventing equipment failures through effective asset management strategies, extending asset life through optimized maintenance and repair, and ensuring operational safety by identifying and mitigating asset-related risks. To achieve this, we aim to reduce equipment failures, increase asset utilization, and maintain a zero safety incident rate related to asset failures. Our strategies include developing a comprehensive asset management plan, implementing a condition-based monitoring system, and conducting regular asset inspections and assessments.

Digital Transformation

Interconnected functions aimed at driving operational efficiency, improving decision-making, and enhancing business agility. By leveraging digital technologies and implementing robust IT solutions, we optimize processes, harness data analytics, and create a flexible and adaptable organization. To achieve this, we focus on increasing operational efficiency, implementing data-driven decision making, and reducing reliance on paper processes. Simultaneously, we prioritize reliable IT services, align IT solutions with business goals, and safeguard sensitive information through robust cybersecurity. Our strategies encompass investing in digital infrastructure, fostering a digital culture, and developing an IT strategy to support overall business objectives.

Information Technology

Managing the organization’s digital infrastructure and providing technological support. which covers the design, implementation, and maintenance of networks, servers, and databases, along with ensuring data security and privacy through cybersecurity measures. Also develops and manages software applications, automates business processes, and supports communication systems. Additionally, oversees hardware and software procurement, offers user support and troubleshooting , facilitates digital transformation through the integration of emerging technologies.

Marine Terminals Management

Focuses on optimizing terminal operations by improving cargo handling efficiency and turnaround time. Ensuring safety and security for personnel, cargo, and facilities is paramount, while adhering to environmental and maritime regulations is essential. To achieve this, we aim to increase cargo throughput, maintain a zero safety incident rate, and obtain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Our strategies include implementing a terminal operating system (TOS), conducting regular safety drills and emergency response exercises, and developing a comprehensive environmental management plan.

Technical Support

Aims to provide timely technical assistance to resolve issues efficiently, optimize equipment performance by improving reliability and availability, and transfer knowledge through expertise sharing. To achieve this, we target reduction in equipment downtime through effective technical support, improved employee satisfaction with support services, and the development of a knowledge management system. Our strategies include establishing a technical support helpdesk, providing technical training to support personnel, and implementing a knowledge-sharing platform.

Process Safety 

Focuses on preventing accidents by identifying and mitigating process safety hazards. Protecting personnel and the environment through safety measures and complying with industry standards and regulatory requirements are crucial. To achieve this, we aim for zero process safety incidents, conduct regular process safety risk assessments, and obtain safety certifications for all relevant personnel. Our strategies include developing a process safety management system, conducting regular safety audits and inspections, and providing process safety training to all employees.
