EPROM has successfully completed the process of replacing the waste heat boiler with the Egyptian Nitrogen Products Company “ENPC” affiliated to MOPCO at Factory (1) in the public free zone in Damietta.
EPROM scope of work included carrying out all the work of lifting and removing the old boiler, raising and anchoring the new boiler during May 2023 and according to the planned schedule with the highest levels of quality, with the praise of the Misr Fertilizers Production Company ‘MOPCO’.
The boiler replacement was successfully implemented due to the good preparation of the preparatory work for the operation, starting from the preparation of the project in January 2023 until the completion of all works in May 2023, as well as full compliance with all standards and requirements of occupational safety and health.
إيبروم تنجح في استبدال الغلاية (Waste Heat Boiler) بالشركة المصرية للمنتجات النيتروجينية التابعة لشركة “موبكو” بالمنطقة الحرة العامة بدمياط
أنهت الشركة المصرية لتشغيل وصيانة المشروعات (إيبروم) بنجاح عملية استبدال الغلاية (Waste Heat Boiler) بالشركة المصرية للمنتجات النيتروجينية “ENPC” التابعة لشركة موبكو بمصنع (1) بالمنطقة الحرة العامة بدمياط واشتمل نطاق أعمال إيبروم على إجراء كافة أعمال رفع وإزالة الغلاية القديمة ورفع وترسية الغلاية الجديدة خلال مايو 2023 ووفقاً للجدول الزمنى المخطط لها بأعلى مستويات الجودة وذلك بإشادة شركة مصر لإنتاج الأسمدة موبكو.
وقد تم تنفيذ استبدال الغلاية بنجاح نظرأ للإعداد الجيد للأعمال التحضيرية الخاصة بالعملية بداية من الإعداد للمشروع فى يناير 2023 و حتى إتمام جميع الأعمال فى مايو 2023، و كذلك الإلتزام التام بجميع معايير و متطلبات السلامة و الصحة المهنية.
