In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Engineer Tarek El-Mulla, chem. Mohamed Barakat , EPROM CEO and Mr. Marco Villa , Technip Energies CBO signed a Memorandum Of Understanding for joint cooperation between the two companies in the field of operation and maintenance, digital transformation projects and energy efficiency , as EPROM is one of the leading companies in Egypt and the Middle East in the field of operation and maintenance of petroleum projects that has extensive experience in managing, operating and maintaining petroleum refineries and natural gas processing plants.
In addition to projects representing the owner companies in many vital petroleum projects in Egypt due to its great experience and highly trained and efficient technical staff, Technip Energies is also one of the most prominent project companies in the world. And has participated in many important Egyptian and international petroleum projects.
The two companies have agreed to utilize their expertise to develop performance in current projects and to cooperate in exploring the global market to achieve the best benefit from the capabilities of the both companies, especially in the field of operation and maintenance technical support using the latest methods of monitoring and following up on the operations owned by Technip Energies. And EPROM extensive experience in the field of pre-operation and commissioning testing and comprehensive overhaul implementation as well as energy efficiency improvement.

في حضور معالي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية السيد المهندس طارق الملا ضمن فاعليات مؤتمر ومعرض مصر الدولى للطاقة EGYPES 2024 ، وقعت شركتي إيبروم(EPROM) برئاسة المهندس الكيميائي محمد بركات وشركة تكنيب إنيرجيز (Technip Energies) برئاسة السيد ماركو ڤييلا ، مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون المشترك فيما بينهم في مجال تشغيل وصيانة المشروعات ومشروعات التحول الرقمي ومشروعات التحول الطاقي ، حيث تعد شركة إيبروم من الشركات الرائدة في مصر والشرق الأوسط في مجال تشغيل وصيانة المشروعات البترولية ولها خبرة كبيرة في إدارة وتشغيل وصيانة معامل تكرير البترول ومحطات معالجة الغاز الطبيعي إلى جانب مشروعات تمثيل المالك في العديد من المشروعات البترولية الحيوية في مصر لما تملكه من خبرات كبيرة وكوادر فنية عالية التدريب والكفاءة ، كما تعد شركة تكنيب إنيرجيز أحد أهم شركات المشروعات في العالم وتشارك في العديد من المشروعات البترولية الهامة المصرية والعالمية.
وقد أتفقت الشركتين على التعاون فيما بينهم لإستغلال الخبرات المتوفرة في الشركتين لتطوير الأداء في المشروعات الحالية والتعاون في فتح أسواق عالمية جديدة لتحقيق أفضل إستفادة من إمكانيات الشركتين خاصة في مجال دعم أعمال التشغيل والصيانة بإستخدام أحدث طرق المراقبة والمتابعة للعمليات التي تمتلكها شركة تكنيب إنيرجيز ومجال إختبارات ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل التجريبي للمشروعات البترولية ومجال تنفيذ العمرات الشاملة ، حيث تمتلك إيبروم خبرة كبيرة في هذه الأعمال وكذلك مجالات تحسين كفاءة إستخدام الطاقة.
