Assiut National processing Company (ANOPC) and Egyptian projects Operation and Maintenance Company (EPROM) signed a contract for services for the preparation stages for the operating trials of the diesel production complex in Assuit. The contract includes providing experienced human resources to support the completion and delivery of construction, installation and preparation works for the operating trials of the new petroleum complex in Assuit, as the percentage of the construction of the complex reached about 78% and the operating trials will begin during 2025. The contract was signed by Eng. Mohamed Badr El-Din, ANOPC Chairman & CEO, and Eng. Hossam Asaad, EPROM Chairman and CEO.
The signing of this contract comes within the scope of EPROM’s work in the project, which includes participating in implementing the operational capacity building program for fresh graduates from Upper Egypt, supporting the pre-operation trials phase, participating in the operating trials, and then carrying out the operation and maintenance works of the diesel production complex in Assuit after the start of commercial operation.
Eng. Mohamed Badr El-Din, ANOPC Chairman & CEO, stated that the Assiut diesel Production Complex is one of the most important strategic projects implemented by the petroleum sector in Upper Egypt. The new complex will increase local production of high-quality petroleum products and meet the needs of Upper Egypt governorates for the energy. It will also open new horizons for investment and development opportunities and provide job opportunities for the people of Upper Egypt. It is worth noting that Eng. Karim Badawy, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, visited the Assiut Petroleum Geographical Area at the beginning of August to inspect the progress of work and monitor the progress of work in implementing this giant petroleum complex.
أنوبك وإيبروم توقعان عقد خدمات مراحل الإعداد لتجارب تشغيل مجمع إنتاج السولار بأسيوط
وقعت شركة أسيوط الوطنية لتصنيع البترول (أنوبك) والشركة المصرية لتشغيل وصيانة المشروعات (إيبروم) عقد خدمات مراحل الإعداد لتجارب تشغيل مجمع إنتاج السولار بأسيوط، ويشمل العقد توفير الموارد البشرية ذات الخبرة لدعم أعمال مراحل انتهاء وتسليم أعمال الإنشاءات والتركيبات والإعداد لمراحل تجارب تشغيل المجمع البترولي الجديد بأسيوط، حيث بلغت نسبة تنفيذ وإنشاء المجمع حوالي 78% وستبدأ أعمال تجارب التشغيل خلال عام 2025، وقد قام بتوقيع العقد المهندس محمد بدر الدين رئيس شركة أنوبك والمهندس حسام أسعد رئيس شركة إيبروم.
يأتي توقيع هذا العقد ضمن نطاق أعمال شركة إيبروم بالمشروع، والتي تشمل المشاركة في تنفيذ برنامج بناء القدرات التشغيلية لحديثي التخرج من أبناء الصعيد، ودعم أعمال مرحلة ما قبل تجارب تشغيل، والمشاركة في تنفيذ أعمال تجارب التشغيل، ثم القيام بأعمال التشغيل والصيانة لمجمع إنتاج السولار بأسيوط عقب بدء التشغيل التجاري.
وصرح المهندس محمد بدر الدين رئيس شركة أنوبك بأن مجمع إنتاج السولار بأسيوط يعتبر واحد من أهم المشروعات الاستراتيجية التي يقوم قطاع البترول بتنفيذها في صعيد مصر، ويؤدي المجمع الجديد إلى زيادة الإنتاج المحلي للمنتجات البترولية عالية الجودة وتوفير احتياجات محافظات الصعيد من السولار، كما يؤدي إلى فتح آفاق جديدة ة من الفرص الاستثمارية والتنموية وتوفير فرص العمل لأبناء الصعيد.
الجدير بالذكر أن المهندس كريم بدوي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية قد قام بزيارة المنطقة الجغرافية البترولية بأسيوط في بداية شهر أغسطس الجاري لتفقد سير العمل والوقوف على تقدم الأعمال في تنفيذ هذا المجمع البترولي العملاق.
